Our labour hire service gives you the flexibility to say YES to catering large functions and events, without having to retain a large team on a regular basis. Our service staff have their RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of wait and bar service.

Whether it’s in addition to our catering services or not, you can hire professional service staff to serve food and beverages at your event. Our motivated, experienced and friendly team will help take the stress out servicing your function.
- Minimum of 3 hour hire per staff member.
- One way travel fee applies per staff member
- Wait staff/catering assistant $58.00 per hour.
- RSA Certified Bar staff $65.00 per hour
- Senior wait staff/Kitchen preparation supervisor $65.00 per hour
- Chef / co-coordinator $75.00 per hour.
- All staff are required to be paid a minimum 3 hours and are to be assigned breaks for shifts over 5 up to 8 hours in compliance with Casual Staffing Laws.
- Hourly rates cover Superannuation and all insurance.
- Additional 10% GST applies
- Additional 75% applies to Sunday staffing.
- Additional 75% applies to public holiday staffing.
- Minimum 2 staff per job
